3rd February 2008 Update:As of 3pm today, most of Batch 6 is sold and more than half of batch 7 is sold. I am not sure when batches 8 to 10 will be available but they might be a higher price. This development is very popular because a Pagibig loan is available so for buyers abroad you could get a relative or friend to view for you. They would need a P20,000 deposit to secure a unit. A Pagibig loan is available for Filipinos even living abroad and they don't have to be a member at the moment.
2nd February 2008 Update: My apologies for a wrong update yesterday. About half of Batch 6 were sold on the first day it opened for sale. I have added a map of the subdivision here.
30th January 2008 Update: As of Today batches 1 to 5 are sold out. Batches 6 and 7 will be open for reservation on February 1st. The cost of these townhouses is P820,000. Batches 6 and 7 are nearer to the main gate so a nice location. A downpayment of P20,000 is required for reservation.
